Policy
Each session is bespoke and tailored to best meet your needs. Full terms & conditions will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Consultation
A consultation form will be taken for all brow and lash treatments. This will be sent to you upon booking your appointment.
Cancellation
I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hrs notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within the 24 hrs will result in full charge of your appointment value.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required for all lash and brow treatments. This will be sent to you via post prior to your treatment.
Location
All treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home. I am based in the Midlands but I am able to travel UK wide and destination. Mileage over 10 miles from NG25 is charged at 50p per mile both ways.
